FEES
Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service.

HOW TO PAY
Fees are accepted in Indian Rupees only. We accept payment by credit/debit card, cash and by bank draft.
• Credit card: We accept payment by credit/debit card, For further information kind refer to our website
• Cash: We also accept payments by cash. Please do not send cash by post.
• Demand Draft: If you wish to pay by draft please provide a machine readable bank draft in Indian rupees made payable to "British High Commission". Your draft should be payable at Kolkata.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
For all Documentary Services, you must bring photo identity proof for yourself.
Please note that you will have to pass through Security checks upon arrival at the British Deputy High Commission. You should expect your belongings to be checked, and you will have to leave your telephone and all electronic devices including flashdrives with the Security Officer. Please arrive in advance of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you will be able to do so by following the link in the confirmation e-mail.
Please call our office before booking an appointment if you are not sure whether we offer a particular documentary service for which you wish to make the appointment if it is not listed by us here.
DATA PROTECTION
