Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service.

HOW TO PAY

Fees are payable in Omani Riyals. We accept visa and mastercard credit/debit cards and cash. We do not accept personal cheques or other currencies.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

For all Notarial Services and for Certificates of No Impediment, you must bring photographic identification and proof of your residence

Please note that you will have to pass through Security upon arrival at the Embassy. You should expect your belongings to be checked, and you will have to leave your mobile phone with the Security Guard. Please do not bring laptops or other electronic devices. Please arrive in advance of your appointment.

DATA PROTECTION

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's Office website.) Such personal data may be disclosed to other UK Government Departments and public authorities.
